Where can I leave my luggage on checkout day?
There's no on-site storage but East Dulwich station (8 min walk) and Peckham Rye (15 min) both have Stasher/Bounce partners around £6 per bag. Book through their app.
Can I have visitors over?
Daytime visitors are fine. Overnight guests count toward your booking — please WhatsApp Adam first if anyone needs to stay over.
How do I get hot water?
Hot water is on demand from the combi boiler in the kitchen cupboard — turn the tap and it'll come through in seconds.
A radiator isn't getting warm — what do I do?
Check the thermostatic valve at the bottom of the radiator — turn it anti-clockwise to increase heat. If the whole flat is cold, check the two living-room thermostats are set above the room temperature and on 'auto'.
Can I park outside?
Yes — free on-site parking comes with the flat. Just pull in by the front garden.
What if I lock myself out?
Your lockbox code is in your portal under 'Lockbox code'. If it isn't working, WhatsApp Adam immediately.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Sometimes — depends on whether there's a back-to-back booking. Message Adam the day before and we'll check the schedule.
Is there a lift?
No — multi-storey house with internal stairs between floors. Step-free into the ground floor; bedrooms upstairs reached by internal stairs.
Do you allow pets?
Pets aren't allowed by default, but exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. WhatsApp Abodess at least 7 days before arrival with breed and size — case-by-case approval, additional cleaning fee may apply.
Is there a travel cot or highchair available?
Yes — both a travel cot and a highchair are available on request. Message Abodess on WhatsApp at least 48 hours before arrival so we can set them up before check-in.
