Flat 21 is the flat number, not the floor — the apartment is a 4-storey block. Take the lift to the correct floor and follow the door numbers.
Where can I leave my luggage on checkout day?
Bermondsey station (8 min walk) and London Bridge (12 min) have Stasher/Bounce partners around £6 per bag. Book through their app.
Can I have visitors over?
Daytime visitors are fine. Overnight guests count toward your booking — please WhatsApp Adam first. No parties — the building has strict rules.
How do I get hot water?
Hot water is on demand from the boiler — just turn the tap. No need to wait for a tank to heat.
A radiator isn't getting warm — what do I do?
Check the hallway thermostat is set above the room temperature. Then check the valve at the bottom of the radiator — anti-clockwise to increase heat. If still cold, WhatsApp Adam.
Can I park outside?
Street parking on Abbey Street is limited and CPZ-controlled. Pay-by-phone via the signs. The nearest secure car park is at London Bridge.
What if I lock myself out?
Your lockbox code is in your portal under 'Lockbox code'. If it isn't working, WhatsApp Adam immediately.
Is there a lift?

Do you allow pets?
