Can I park outside?
Yes, but it's a CPZ — pay-by-phone via RingGo Mon–Fri 8:30am–6:30pm. Sundays and evenings are free.
What if I lock myself out?

The basement smells damp — what should I do?
Open the windows for 30 minutes to ventilate, and check the heating is on. If the smell persists or you see damp on the walls, WhatsApp Abodess so we can investigate.

No — basement flat, no lift in the building. Down a short flight of steps from street level to the front door — not suitable for wheelchairs or guests with significant mobility needs.
Do you allow pets?
Pets aren't allowed by default, but exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. WhatsApp Abodess at least 7 days before arrival with breed and size — case-by-case approval, additional cleaning fee may apply.
Is there a travel cot or highchair available?
