There's a flat above mine — am I sharing anything?
The ground floor and first floor are separate self-contained flats sharing only the front door. Your key opens the front door + your flat door. The upstairs flat is a separate booking.
Where can I leave my luggage on checkout day?
Stonebridge Park station (10 min walk) and Wembley Park (20 min by bus) both have Stasher/Bounce partners around £6 per bag.
Can I have visitors over?
Daytime visitors are fine. Overnight guests count toward your booking — please WhatsApp first. No parties.
How do I get hot water?
Hot water is on demand from the boiler in the kitchen cupboard — just turn the tap.
A radiator isn't getting warm — what do I do?

Can I park outside?
Yes — please park on Webb Place (behind the property), not in front of 16 the apartment. Parking is free, no permit needed.

No — ground-floor flat, no lift in the building. Step-free entry from the street; flat is at ground level.
Do you allow pets?
Pets aren't allowed by default, but exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. WhatsApp Abodess at least 7 days before arrival with breed and size — case-by-case approval, additional cleaning fee may apply.
Is there a travel cot or highchair available?
